This is Illumination Weekend — a full-blast celebration of neon, glitter, music, pool parties, performances, glowing bodies, and unapologetic queer joy in the heart of the Poconos. From the moment you arrive, camp turns electric with daytime pool energy, late-night dancing, and a whole community moving together like one big neon hive. Days are made for amped-up pool parties, social hangs, and connecting with the LGBTQ+ camping community. Nights come alive with the legendary Community Crawl, a glowing journey through camp featuring shot stops, wild performances, camp-wide energy, and surprises around every corner. The weekend builds to the Brite Nites Ball, a light-soaked blowout of bodies, beats, color, and queer chaos. Come ready to glow, dance, flirt, celebrate, and lose yourself in one of the brightest gay camping weekends of the summer. What’s the Vibe Electric. Neon. Loud. Glitter-soaked. Brite Nites is pure queer campground energy — pool parties by day, glowing chaos by night, and a crowd that shows up ready to shine. This is the weekend for bold looks, bright colors, body glitter, LED accessories, neon swimwear, and anything that makes you impossible to miss. What to Pack Bring your brightest, boldest, glowiest looks. Think neon, LED gear, glitter, body paint, mesh, harnesses, reflective fits, glow sticks, colorful swimwear, and anything that lights up the night. Also pack swimwear, or go bare where permitted, a camp chair for campfire hangs, comfortable shoes for walking around camp, and your usual camp essentials.
